For over 25 years, Hank has been active in real estate appraisal. He has worked on various types of properties, including single and multi-family residential, commercial, industrial, and vacant land as well as many special-purpose properties and consulting assignments. Hank, while having extensive expertise in and around New Orleans, has particular expertise in the River Parishes located between New Orleans and Baton Rouge, including St. James, St. John the Baptist, and St. Charles parishes. Hank's extensive background has qualified him as an expert witness in the field of real estate appraisals. He has testified in both state and federal courts on a variety of appraisals.
