Twenty-seven years of real estate appraisal experience combined with extensive seminar participation have given Marshall a complete, in-depth understanding of real property value. He is approved as an expert witness to testify in state and federal courts. Marshall received a B.A. degree from Bob Jones University and completed graduate studies at Centenary College Graduate School of Business.
